Who We Are
A History of Excellence
- Maple Grove Child Care Center has served the children and families of our community for 50+ years, beginning in September 1967.
- We offer full-day programs for children from 6 weeks old through age 5.
- We also offer before and after school, summer and holiday care for Kindergarten through Grade 5 (in our JCPS cluster).
Our Philosophy
- Our mission is to provide a safe, caring environment of support for children to grow and learn.
- We endeavor to provide a well-balanced program of education, play, nutrition and rest for each child.
- Our goal is to help children grow physically, socially, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually.
Our Facilities
- Our facilities consist of a Child Care Center, Gym, Toddler Gym, and 3 Outdoor Playgrounds.
- The children are divided by age, and placed in classes uniquely designed for each specific age group.
- The Center conducts monthly earthquake, tornado, and fire drills. Quarterly lock-down drills are also conducted.
- All classrooms, toys, and halls are cleaned daily.
Our Staff
- All of our teachers complete at least a minimum of 15 hours of Kentucky state training on an annual basis.
- Individuals trained in CPR and First Aid are always on-site during operating hours.
- A background check and health screenings are conducted on each staff member at required intervals to ensure the health and safety of everyone.
Nutrition
- Children are served nutritional lunches each day, at 10:45 a.m, in addition to a healthy morning and afternoon snack.
- Menus and food are prepared by a Food Service Manager, certified in Food Management.
- Menus are posted onsite (in the main entrance) and online for families.
Pricing
- Infants through 23 months old- $215.00
- 2 years old & up- $200.00
- School children Before & After School Care- $115.00
- School children Before OR After School Care- $80.00
- Daily rate (for older classes PT)- $45.00
- School in-service days, extra per day- $25.00
- School Children (Spring/Summer/Christmas Break)- $200.00
- One Time Registration Fee- $75
